You may have heard that you can manifest your desires in life by setting intentions and visualizing what you want to happen. But what exactly does this mean? How do you actually go about doing it? This article describes 10 different things you can do to make your intentions come true and bring about the manifestation of your dreams and goals.


What is Manifesting?

Manifesting is not some magical power that allows you to create what you want with a snap of your fingers. Instead, it’s simply about raising your vibrations (or energy) and aligning them with what you truly desire, or setting an intention. When we set intentions for ourselves, we often use visualization techniques as part of our manifestation process. In other words, we attempt to see or otherwise perceive our goals as already having been achieved. With practice—and plenty of patience—it becomes much easier to manifest those goals into reality through intention setting and goal achievement.


So What Can I Do To Get Ready To Manifest?

Intention setting is a great way to get you ready to manifest. Focus on your goals and what it is that you want in life. Write out these intentions, even if it’s just a list of things that are important to you. The more detailed your intention, the better chances are of your goal manifesting into reality. If you keep it in mind regularly, then when opportunities present themselves or situations arise that will allow you to act on your intention, you will be much quicker to take advantage. Another thing you can do is visualize yourself achieving what it is that you set out for yourself. Spend time thinking about how good it will feel when you have manifested these desires. 3. Believe it is possible for you. If you have strong doubts about whether your intention can come true, then chances are good that is has no chance of manifesting at all! Be sure to do some serious reflection on why you think things won’t work out for you so that your disbelief doesn’t get in your way of creating what you want.

4. Meditate regularly. Meditation has been shown to increase your awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations that are present in your body at any given moment. When you are more aware of these sensations, you have a better idea of what thoughts or emotions might be getting in your way of creating what you want. That’s why it is important to meditate on a regular basis—so that over time, you will become more aware of obstacles before they actually occur and can eliminate them before they get in your way.
