What to expect when you have a Pink Moon in Libra

The last time you had a pink moon in Libra, you gave up on your goals, lost touch with your creative side and went out with friends more than you did with family or significant other. This month, the Moon makes its way through your sign of Libra again, and while it can bring plenty of positive changes to your life, it may make you feel uncomfortable at times and cause some arguments among your friends and family members. Here’s what to expect when you have Pink Moon in Libra.

First of all, what is a Pink Moon?

Pink moons are not a particular astronomical phenomenon, but instead a phrase used to describe certain types of full moons. The phrase was coined by astrologer Richard Nolle back in 1986 and is used to refer to either a pink-colored moon or a moon that falls on an equinox or solstice. A pink moon often brings with it significant change. With that said, if you’re reading this because your current moon phase is pink and you want some guidance on how to handle it, there are three things I want you do right now: acknowledge what you’re feeling, forgive others and forgive yourself.

What are some traits associated with Libra?

Libra is associated with peace, beauty, cooperation, and balance. The sun sign Libra is associated with peacemaking efforts and diplomatic relationships among groups of people. Libra-born individuals are motivated by their sense of fair play. They are strongly concerned with balance; those born under Libra love nothing more than reaching agreements through consultation, compromise, and harmony. In many ways, Libra’s need for harmony resembles that of Gemini—the difference lies in how they go about getting it. Gemini seeks stimulation from outside sources, while Libra derives its pleasure from harmonious interactions between themselves and others.

How does this play out on an inner level?

In terms of your personality and how it interacts with others, it’s about looking at your external image and persona. Often, our behavior can be perceived as much different than what we really are inside. The difference between who we are and who we appear to be can sometimes create discord. With a Pink Moon, try to seek common ground with people based on not only facts but also feelings and emotions so that more harmony is achieved. It’s important to look at yourself honestly and take an objective view of where you could improve. It might even be helpful to ask someone close to you for feedback on how they perceive your character. On an inner level?: This month is all about letting go. If you’ve been carrying around baggage from previous relationships, now is a good time to release those feelings and move forward with your life. If you still feel attached to old lovers, then perhaps it’s time to consider why that is and how you can change your perspective moving forward. In other words: It’s time to get rid of those emotional dead weights! On an inner level?: You need to make sure you’re really being honest with yourself about how you feel about things. If you don’t like something, say so! If someone does something wrong, let them know! There’s nothing worse than bottling up emotions until they explode later on down the line. And remember: honesty goes both ways! Make sure others are being honest with you as well.

On an outer level?

You should be more aware of your surroundings and what’s going on around you. Your intuition is stronger than ever, so pay attention if it whispers that something is amiss. The universe might try to send you some sign, but only if you’re listening for it. Be careful not to overthink things though; sometimes there’s no meaning behind things. It can just be an odd coincidence or happenstance. Don’t get caught up in trying to find meaning where there isn’t any; otherwise, you may miss out on opportunities right under your nose.

Overall summary of being ruled by two kinds of planets (solar and lunar) at once.

The difficulties of being ruled by two kinds of planets at once can be challenging for some, but for others it is simply an opportunity. These individuals will take their best from both worlds and strive to learn what each planet has to offer them. Some traits that may come from blending these two energies together could include: being diplomatic, intuitive, analytical, relationship-oriented and creative. Being ruled by both of these energies can also give people different personalities from day-to-day or even depending on their moods. For example, if they are feeling more solar energy one day they might be more outgoing and spontaneous while if they are feeling lunar energy they might be more introverted and contemplative. It’s important to note that just because someone is ruled by both solar and lunar energy doesn’t mean they have any special powers or abilities; just because someone is born under a full moon doesn’t mean he/she can see ghosts!
